  • Home Shopping

    New listings & price reductions set to your inbox daily. Let us know what resonates with you, and we will get the showings lined up. If you have no idea where to begin - a “sample platter” tour may be the best fit for you until we further tailor your search.

  • Craft your offer

    We work hand in hand with the list agent to learn what will make the best offer. We then strategize with you to craft an offer that will win the day, but also be most protective of you. After all - this is a big investment and we protect our clients’ money as if it is our own.

  • Escrow process

    We immediately open escrow on your behalf to get the ball rolling. From there, we set up any/all inspections you opt to conduct and send you a timeline of all key dates and deadlines between getting into contract and closing/possession. This ensures a smooth transaction for all parties.

  • Road to closing

    Our job doesn’t stop once we are in escrow - in fact, we are just getting started. While not at inspections or getting bids, we are negotiating repairs & credits, reviewing the preliminary title report, sending invoices to escrow if necessary, reviewing final settlement statements, and scheduling your signing appointment with escrow.

  • Closing time

    We attend the signing with you to ensure a seamless finish to the purchase. Then we wait until we are officially recorded, and meet you with the keys! You are finally unlocking your home!
