  • We are very aware of all the threats of cyber attacks in our industry. We take our personal cyber security and our clients cyber security VERY seriously. There are specific measures we take to protect ourselves and our clients.

  • It is statistically proven that staged homes command a higher price point and spend less time on the market than a vacant home. In all of our years selling homes, we have never had a client that regretted staging. We have a fabulous stager we use, but we can also work with you how to best stage your home using pieces you already have!

  • We typically are split pretty much down the middle between the two. In 2021 we had a couple more buyers than sellers, but in 2020 we had a couple more sellers! It depends on the year.

  • In our opinion, no. Through our research (and many economists agree), there will not be another “crash” as some people may predict, at least not given our current climate. It is true the market has been increasing rapidly, but there is no indication of it declining as there is still a stark housing shortage we need to make up for before the market starts to balance out.

  • To put it simply, both…lucky you! We are both fully licensed and have plenty of experience working with both buyers and sellers. We share an email so we are always up to speed on where our clients are at in their process. It allows us to be interchangeable and readily available for showings, offer drafting, emails, you name it.

  • No. You can certainly get in contact with us beforehand! We even have quite a few lenders we know and trust will serve our clients well. However, if you plan to purchase property using financing, you will need to be pre-approved beforehand. It is a good idea to get in touch with a lender before you start looking in earnest.
