  • Get in touch

    If you have been toying with the idea of selling your home, or dynamics shift and you need to sell your home - let us know! We would be happy to conduct a free market analysis for you and give you an idea of how you can expect to perform in the current market.

  • Market analysis meeting

    After a lot of research on the back end, we meet you (physically or virtually) with a full market analysis presentation. This accounts for comparable sales, tax info, sales history, etc. In this meeting we give you a price range of where you can expect to transact and what changes you can make to improve the value of your property.

  • Pre-market

    As you can imagine, there is more that goes into listing prep than meets the eye. But don’t worry - we are there every step of the way giving you peace of mind and seamlessly walking you through the process. At this point we handle anything and everything such as staging, repairs, Home Energy Audit, data input, photography, lockboxes, marketing & flyer drafts, sign post install, etc.

  • Live on market

    We made it! It is time for all you to get away and let your house do the talkin’…we will also help by barraging the listing on RMLS, online, social media, email blasts, and even snail mail (yep!). We will have open houses for agents the first week on the market as well as a hosted open house for all guests on the first Sunday after it is live. We also facilitate and coordinate ALL showings with the buying agents.

  • Feedback

    Not only do we keep a detailed log of all agents and guests in the home, we also get feedback from each visit and relay those messages directly to our sellers. A great seller, is an informed seller and we want you to have your hands on as much info as you can. Feedback has proven to be invaluable in this industry.

  • Offer review

    Your hard work has paid off and it is time to make some decisions! We will review all offers with you & create an offer review spreadsheet in cases there are multiple offers presented. We will thoroughly review pros & cons of each offer, then strategize with you how to effectively negotiate, ensuring you maximize your net profit.

  • In escrow

    Upon offer acceptance, we immediately open up escrow by securely & safely providing your escrow officer with all necessary info. We will coordinate inspections and provide you with a timeline of all the key dates and deadlines between offer acceptance and closing/possession. It is a nice roadmap that allows you to know what to expect and when.

  • Road to closing

    This is a critical time for us as agents and is one of the most important steps for us. We carefully review the preliminary title report, we craftily negotiate repairs/credits, and we review final settlement statements from escrow for accuracy. Once the above are taken care of, we get your signing scheduled.

  • Closing time

    Home stretch! There is little to be done other than meet you at the signing table and facilitate key exchange. The rest of it we take care of - removing the sign posts, flyers booties, etc. You are officially onto the next chapter.

  • One call away
